With great commitment, GastroUri has developed this portfolio for all restaurateurs in the Canton of Uri. The project was realized thanks to contributions from the Canton of Uri within the framework of the New Regional Policy (NRP) and through partner sponsorships. As a professional association, GastroUri strengthens the Uri hospitality sector, offers a strong network, publicly represents its concerns and is available to members as a reliable point of contact.
What is the purpose of this folder?
The welcome folder is your personal tool that makes it easier to get started with your restaurant, café or other hospitality business. It provides you with orientation, specific checklists, background knowledge and links to helpful tools and contacts.
